The iPhone is 15 years old. The first smartphone is over 25 years old. Everything Apple made is evolutions of an existing technology. EVERYTHING. Apple didn't make the 1st desktop computer. XEROX did. Apple didn't make the 1st smartphone. IBM did. Apple didn't make th 1st music player. They didn't make the 1st laptop, smartwatch. They weren't the 1st to make fast high bandwidth connections. They didn't make the 1st CPU or SoC. Even the iPad was not invented by Apple. The iPad was shopped around to several oems like Real. They all laughed and Apple didn't. The rest is history. If you look at the history of the mobile phone, the screen got bigger as time went buy. When the iPhone came out in 2008, many phone already had displays half the size. They simply had real keyboard. Real keyboards are better than virtual ones for tactile feedback. It's just as Jobs said, you can't make it disappear when you don't need it. Apple is like a chef. They don't invent the food, they don't grow the food. They take all the foods, combine then into a well present dish. But all their tech is made by someone else. All of it.

Both my wife and I use a mi band 6, she can't live without her's, only taking it off to charge it. I too see no reason to spend so much more on something that we only need for a few things that the mi band does very well.

Received the update on one of my lines with the N200. Nice update. So far nothing to report. The update brought some nice GUI changes to Oxygen OS and Android 12 runs great on it. Glad it got such a nice update!

Rado, I sympathize with you. I also use an iPad Mini 6 as a smartphone, complete with phone calls. My iPhone is set to forward calls and text messages that it receives to my iPad, so I can and do leave my iPhone at home. I’ve been using iOS off and on since the OG iPhone and iPad, and have grown to prefer iPads to iPhones, due to iPads offering functionality that I prefer, such as Pencil Support, and better multitasking. I also prefer the larger screen real estate, but I can still fit the Mini 6 in my pants pocket (for the most part). If Apple made the iPads have cameras that produce photos and videos much closer to what their top of the line iPhones produce, I would not need to carry a smartphone around as well for that purpose (I switch between Huawei, Samsung, and OnePlus smartphones on any given day). As it is though, I am thoroughly enjoying using the iPad Mini 6 as like a smartphone. So much so, that it has become my primary device/every day carry. Nice to see that there is at least one other person that uses the iPad Mini 6 similarly to the way I use it.
My favorite "phone" is not a phone – it's this one underappreciated slate

Well if the rumours are true that the price of the new Z Fold 4 will come down slightly in price and give you more storage, and much better cameras on the new Z Fold 4. Then it makes sense that Samsung would cut the price of their existing Z Fold 3 devices.

I have been with Boost forever then had to switch to Sprint because Sprint took over Boost then while with Sprint we were FORCED to switch to T-MOBILE and I was literally FORCED to get a new phone because everyone HAD to be on a 5g network. My phone was fine by the way! If anyone should be suing anyone it's me and those who also we're FORCED to make changes they didn't want
