Stories you shouldn't have missed this week

Rumored upcoming smartphones were among the hottest topics this week. Remember that monster of an Android that HTC is said to be working on? Well, some claim to know that the handset will launch as a Nexus device. However, what's even more interesting is that Google might be planning to launch several smartphones under its own brand. The other could be an LG handset with a 4.7-inch screen, if rumors are to be trusted.

In other news, in case you are holding on to a Samsung smartphone, you might be wondering whether a Jelly Bean update will ever come your way. Thankfully, Samsung itself posted a list of devices that are to be updated in the near future.
