I bought my wife a Nokia Lumia 800,she loved that phone, so much so, that later I bought a 730 for myself. I liked the "Live Tiles" and how much you could customize the phone, it had dark mode when nobody else did. It was running Windows Phone 8 but I got it upgraded to 10. When my wife needed a new phone I got her the Microsoft Lumia 650, I like that one so much I got one for myself too! They had a great screen and took really good photos, it's just the battery was small, but since the back came off you could buy extra batteries and a charger, and just carry an extra battery or two. I still have my 650 and charge it up every so often. The thing with the apps was not so bad by Windows 10, and I really think that both Google and Apple had it out for Microsoft, funny because Bill Gates saved Apple from bankruptcy. It was actually Steve Jobs getting pissed off at Microsoft that created the iPhone, one thing that you never wanted to do was make Steve Jobs mad.

Does Nokia Lumia hold up in 2022… at all? Windows Phone throwback!
AirPods Max is the only reason i keep iPhone . Sound is much more crispier and wider than even before. I used flagship headphones from Sony, Bose, Sennheiser but none of them brought me so joy with revisit favorite songs. Clarity of instruments is just amazing, for example i never realized how great bass guitar can sound in rock songs. I can't wait for airpods pro 2.

How AirPods + Spatial Audio made me fall in love with my favorite songs all over again
Screens are one of the highest priced items on any smartphone. Now the Z Fold 3 is really two phones in one device, especially since you have one 6.2" smartphone AMOLED 120 hz display, and a second, and larger 7.6" AMOLED 120 hz display, that also supports a pen (stylus). The flip type foldable's really only have one smartphone screen folded away, and a tiny outer display used for some functionality, to control music, take some pictures, even look at a some messages. So trying to get the prices down is quite hard for foldable's. With that said I can see flip type foldable's becoming more main stream, especially when their cost has dropped considerably from the previous flip types. Look at the Z Flip 3 for example was well over the $1000, but now the current Z Fold 3 you can purchase brand new today in the US for $875.

Just great. My bill has been going down for several months and now it'll go back to where it started. Maybe it's time to go to Cricket as it still utilizes AT&T's nationwide network, not throttled all that much from friends who have the service, and a much lower bill than going with AT&T or Verizon.

Verizon quickly follows AT&T's suit with (smaller) price hikes for all customers
Sometimes I feel like the only person who does not feel like a smartphone is a good substitute for an iPod nano. Not even the Touch was a good substitute. Sometimes I just absolutely do not want to deal with a bulky phone. Sometimes I just absolutely do not want all the other stuff that a smartphone has...emails, texts, phone, etc and all the associated notifications. Sometimes I just want to go running with a small, compact device that just plays music and audiobooks. And don't tell me there are alternatives. I've tried others and they are all s**t. The iPod was the one Apple device I have owned and will stand by.
