Teaser: Samsung Galaxy S7 unboxed by a llama and a 4 year old kid (for real)
Samsung this week kicked off a marketing campaign to tease the Galaxy S7 series, which will be officially unveiled on Sunday, February 21, at MWC 2016.

Dubbed "Seven Days of Unboxing", the campaign brings us unusual Galaxy S7 unboxing videos - quite weird videos, that is. The first video shows us what a 4 year old child saw when unboxing the Galaxy S7, while the second one is about a llama unboxing the handset, too. Yes, we're talking about a real llama here. Both the kid and the tech savvy mammal made drawings of what the S7 looked to them. Unfortunately, their works or art don't really reveal much about the smartphone (though we already know that, design-wise, the handset should resemble the Galaxy S6 from last year).

Since this campaign is called "Seven Days of Unboxing", we're expecting 5 more weird videos to be released in the following days, including on Sunday, when the Galaxy S7 will be officially presented to the world. Until then, you can watch the first two unboxing videos for yourself below. After you do, while wondering what the fudge was that? (or something along these lines), you may want to check out our Samsung Galaxy S7 and S7 edge rumor review to find out what the new smartphones are expected to offer.

Earlier today, Samsung posted another Galaxy S7 teaser video, apparently confirming one of the new series' features: water-resistance. Also today, we saw leaked photos of what appeared to be the Galaxy S7 edge inside its retail box. All in all, the Galaxy S7 and S7 edge aren't exactly Samsung's best kept secrets, are they?

This could be one of the biggest waste of money for advertising since HTC has Robert Downey Jr

Lol not even close since HTC spent 1 billion on the Robert Downey Jr ads.

Frankly spoken, the best commercials that Samsung has ever done for Galaxy S Series because they aim at inducing emotions instead of showing functionality of the device. Samsung has caught my attention now.

Frankly, emotion commercials are useless to me when I'm buying a tool, but then again, I'm no average joe persuaded by meh emotions in buying what's meant to be a tool instead of some fashion product...I want to know uses of that tool/product over the competition, that's what I look for in tool/product ads.

These were just reminders of a tool coming, which is a good thing for any up coming product, but definitely won't buy the tool based on any of them...

Nice teaser commercial. Although thing is after all these leak, everyone has an idea of what the phone will look like and what spec it will have. Hope there still a small surprise left for MWC.

Hope those earlier leaks aren't the real design. Or the leaked picture from Dubai about the G5. Both companies can and should come up with better designs.

Why? What's wrong with the S7 design? Or you always have to find a way to criticize Samsung?

Why don't you tell that to Apple? They have the same design since 2007.lol

You're asking the impossible from an Apple boy

Eh not really. Every two years they change the overall design. iPhone 6/6S look nothing like the first iPhone except for the thick top/bottom bezels and home button. Thick bezels seems to be something Apple doesn't want to change.

Wow... Same design since 2007? Really? I don't mind haters, but you can be more rational and realistic about it.

Care to explain how you envision the designs then? Not much can be done with a rectangular slab.

Exactly! It seems like the majority of commentators on PA criticize every single design they see.

Honestly though. I swear every article related to the S7/Edge has people complaining about the design, but none of them ever back up the complaints with how they feel the device should look.
