Considering Apple's current AI endeavors can be summed up in two words "Non Existent". Then Apple could have hired two monkey's, put diapers on them and put lab coats on them. Those monkey's would produce the same AI results for Apple as they currently have now.

Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 7

With its huge outer display, this is the flip I've been waiting for. I've been through a few flips over the past few years and this is it! Some of the software changes Sammy has made have me scratching my head: such as no longer being able to hold down the Vol- button to go into Mute and having to tap an icon in the upper right corner of the outer display to launch an app added to the GoodLock widget!

Huawei Mate XT Ultimate Design

This phone is the most expensive phone I've ever seen when I bought it, but it has been worth every penny. It transitions seamlessly from candybar, to foldable, to tablet. I do not notice the lack of Google since it has a built in "Home Away" app that has all google apps available other than drive. It has all of my American banking apps and even has Okta for my work security. I'm sure there are apps that are missing from the store, but for me, I've been able to download what I need. As far as cameras, the lowlight is better than my Xiaomi, but worse than the Pura 70 Ultra. As a whole the camera on this is worse than the Pura 70 Ultra, but that is to be expected. It is much better than my galaxy fold 5. This phone isn't for everyone, and I wouldn't expect it to be. $3500 is a LOT for a phone. But after 10 months with this phone, I would gladly buy it again if I had it to do over. I was worried about the screen and the hinges, but they have more than held up, and I've dropped the the phone twice. VERY Thankful it didn't break. I'm not a gamer, but I've heard that it isn't great for power intensive games. I can say for everything I use it for, it's a 10 out of 10 but for the review I'll put 9 because I do trust the ones on XiaoHongShu that say it isn't great for that.

Samsung Galaxy S25 Edge

I've used the S25 Edge for two weeks as my daily driver, testing it in various scenarios. Here are my thoughts: The phone looks stunning. I picked up the "Jetblack" variant (the only one available at time of purchase). At 163 grams, it is considerably lighter than other flagships. This is definitely noticeable in daily use; with heavier phones, my wrist would often hurt after prolonged use, but not here. The edges are also relatively "soft", I’ve never felt like the phone was cutting into my hand. (unlike the surface duo) The screen is wonderful. Images are sharp, colors are accurate, and the pixel density is significantly higher than my Pixel 9 Pro XL. HDR content looks great with decent peak brightness. I haven't experienced any lag, thanks to the new Snapdragon 8 Elite. It runs Genshin Impact quite well, though it can get quite hot during prolonged sessions. You can't talk about performance without talking about: the battery. It is small, almost comically so. I get about 6 hours of screen on time. (with AOD enabled and no battery saver). I have gotten used to taking my power bank with me, but that defeats the point of having such a thin, portable phone. The cameras perform well but struggle in less-than-ideal conditions. The 200MP shooter is excellent, but the 12MP Ultrawide feels weak for this price point, with a noticeable quality drop compared to the main lens. There is also no optical zoom, which is a letdown. Verdict Overall, I'm impressed with what they've been able to fit into such a small footprint. However, due to the battery life and camera limitations, I would only recommend this phone to two types of people: those who want to take high-res pictures of their cat regularly, and those who prioritize media consumption.
