Pantech Element is an affordable, waterproof tablet for AT&T, officially
The Pantech Element - yeah, that waterproof tablet which became available for pre-order on the manufacturer's site recently, was finally treated to an appropriate introduction by CEO Ralph de la Vega at CES 2012. What makes the Element stand out is its waterproof design, which is something not very common for a tablet.

Not much of a surprise, the device has a 1.5GHz dual-core processor, 4G LTE support and a 5MP main camera with 1080p video capture. The screen on this thing will measure the relatively modes, yet decent 8 inches.

Another benefit of the Pantech Element, in addition to its waterproof nature, is its price, which is set at the affordable $249.99 with a two-year contract. Anyone giving it a chance?
