Note 5 might come with an auto-eject S Pen stylus, new renders reveal

What we notice from these renders, however, is that the S Pen is flush with the surface, and there seems to be no method to pull it out the way we used to on the Note franchise, unless you push it in, and it pops up automagically. This could be an indication that Samsung will make good on its patented auto-ejecting mechanism for the S Pen, which, coupled with the alleged metal-and-glass unibody of the Note 5, should add to the premium feeling of the phablet. Alternatively, these renders might be just wishful artwork, but where's the clicky fun in that.

It is precisely because of the S pen that I would never buy a Samsung Note phone. I would never use such a pen and hate paying for features that I would never use, especially when they are so expensive.

That's a pretty dumb reason. Who uses every single feature of their phone?

People will get more lazy with this feature. Taking out the S-Pen with your hands manually just feels more professional and luxury, really.

Shame on you Samsung....you could at least have brought out a version with a removable battery and a slot for a micro sd card....rather than the S6 Edge...A couple of extra millimeters would not have made such a massive difference to your sensible customers...In fact they would have been more loyal towards you. ...and is it really that important to have an auto ejecting S Pen ?...Now I will have to stay with my Note 4 and Note 3 and wait for some other company to bring out a phone with a removable battery and a micro sd card....Saygus perhaps?

*********SD CARD SLOT SHOWN IN PICTURES********** In the products pictures their are two different sim card looking trays, one on the top of the device and one on the right side. If this render proves to be accurate it is likely that the Note 5 will continue the SD Card slot of the note line. *Super Excited now that it has an sd card slot* *praying the renders are accurate* (Look at picture 3 and picture 5)

Does't seem like it....easy touch volume up and volume down buttons and an on/off switch button. At the bottom there is the speaker and usb position and a position for the S Pen. Samsung does not want the customers to mess with the speedy EPOP set up they want us to learn to live with..and the sleek and sexy one piece phone with a non removable back... They are being cruel for sure and there is a likelihood of a massive loss of a loyal customer base moving away from Samsung because of their stubbornness with this issue of micro sd card slot and a removable battery. SAD STATE OF AFFAIRS....and they could have made one version of Note 5 with what the loyal customers want and the sleek version for those who like a sealed phone....Instead of a S6 edge +

The Note 5 will probably have an sd card slot!
