T-Mobile is giving away two free lines to new and existing customers during its Magenta Friday sale

Okay, first there was Black Friday. Then some retailers started the shopping holiday a day or two early to get a step on the competition. Now, the latest trend is to offer a different set of deals a week early and call it a pre-Black Friday sale. For example, yesterday we exclusively told you that from November 17th to the 23rd, Verizon will be waiving its Activation Fee and Upgrade Fee (normally $20 each) with the addition of a new line and the purchase of a new phone.
Today, T-Mobile announced that it is offering its own pre-Black Friday deals from Friday November 18th through Sunday, November 20th. But T-Mobile being T-Mobile, the carrier isn't content to simply label this a pre-Black Friday sale. Instead, this coming Friday is Magenta Friday. And with the promotion, T-Mobile is giving away two free lines for both existing and new customers. From this Friday through Sunday, any new customer activating two voice lines on T-Mobile One or Simple Choice, or any existing customer with at least two voice lines on T-Mobile One or Simple Choice, can get two additional lines on the house.
Other deals are coming to T-Mobile starting on Thursday, November 24th and running to Sunday November 27th. For example, trade in a Samsung Galaxy S6, or a Samsung Galaxy Note 5 and get a free Samsung Galaxy S7 after 24 monthly bill credits. And anyone getting a Samsung Galaxy S7 (including the free one) or a Samsung Galaxy S7 edge will receive a free Samsung Gear VR and a $50 Oculus app store gift card.

With this deal, you pay only the sales tax. You can also pick up the mophie Powerstation Mini for only $9.99, a savings of $50 or 80%. The UE BOOM 2 wireless speaker is $129.99 after a $50 haircut, and the LG Tone Pro 760 Bluetooth headset is $39.99 after a $30 discount.
