Verizon's pre Black Friday deal: Activation, Upgrade fees are waived from November 17th to the 23rd

The conditions of the deal/s may have changed since the initial publishing of this post.
Thanks to a leaked screenshot sent to us by an anonymous PhoneArena reader, we have advance knowledge of a pre-Black Friday deal being offered by Verizon. From November 17th to November 23rd, Big Red will waive the Activation Fee and Upgrade Fee. The former will cover new lines, lines added to an existing account, and lines brought over from another carrier. The latter covers devices purchased using an upgrade, including early upgrades.

The Activation fee is normally $20, and the Upgrade Fee on a device purchased with the Device Payment plan is also $20. To take advantage of Verizon's largesse, you must have a 4G enabled smartphone in the Device Payment program.

If you're planning on adding a line at Verizon, or upgrading to a new handset, you might want to put it off until the sale starts on November 17th.
