As is tradition, retailers use every possible holiday to sell you stuff. Here is what Best Buy has to offer when it comes to premium smartphones:

For team Android:

  • $200 off with a plan by AT&T 
  • $300 off with a plan by either Verizon or Sprint. 

Samsung Galaxy Note 8

  • $200 off with a plan by AT&T 
  • $300 off with a plan by either Verizon or Sprint. 
  • $200 off unlocked 

You can also save up to $400 if you buy the unlocked version and trade-in one of the "select smartphones". The maximum discount is only available if you trade in one of the following phones: Samsung Galaxy S8 and S8+; iPhone X, iPhone 8 and iPhone 8 Plus. It is questionable how much of a deal that really is.

For team Apple, they offer discounts only on iPhone 8 models.

While these offers are not exactly Black Friday level deals neither in variety nor in savings, if you're in the market for a new phone anyway, you might as well save some money. Deals end Wednesday 11:59 PM Central Time.
