Save as much as 29% on the purchase of an Apple Watch from B&H Photo

There is speculation that Apple will be holding a media event on March 15th. We could see the 4-inch Apple iPhone 5se introduced along with the Apple iPad Pro mini  Apple iPad Air 3 and a slightly revamped version of the Apple Watch. We expect the latter to include some changes including the possible addition of a Face Time feature. There also will be some new bands made available for this version of the smartwatch. This will not be the Apple Watch 2, which could be a stand-alone device that won't need to pair with an iPhone.

Speaking of the Apple Watch, B&H Photo has a great Valentine's Day sale that expires on February 15th. The retailer is taking $100 off the price of 20 Apple Watches. With free shipping, you can go online and pick one up for as low as $249. The retailer has applied the discount to 10 42mm Apple Watch models, and to another 10 38mm versions of the device. You can check them out by clicking on the sourcelink.

Whether you are picking up the Apple Watch as a Valentine's Day gift, or for yourself, you are going to be hard pressed to find a deal on Apple's smartwatch as good as this one. The highest percentage savings is on the 38mm Apple Watch Sport model, which has had its price slashed 29% for the sale.

If she'd be getting me a Apple Watch... She wouldn't be getting laid on Valentines day. Mostly because it's a Apple Watch... secondly because it's a outdated model. No thanks.

This plain and simply is not a good deal. Considering you are getting an aluminum 38mm watch with a rubberized band for that $250. So add another $50 for and extra 4mm. Then you have to pay ridiculous prices for their band upgrades. Maybe if Apple sold their watch for $150, then it might be a deal. Until then, this really isn't a good deal for a watch that doesn't have working WiFi, no GPS, and is slow.

Also has everyone forgot that their new watch is around the corner?

Re-read his post and see if you come up with the same reply. The man doesn't like the apple watch and it would be in his woman's best interest not to get him one if she wants any lovin' on heart day.

You certainly can't go wrong with Victoria Secret and a nice dinner!
I'd take a Vikki Card over an Apple Watch any day. They sell men stuff too now...though not much of it.

20 different models...since when? Or is this a strap thing?

I was thinking the same, so I went to the site. Yes its a strap thing. Its not 20 models.

It's the sport one and the one with the metal bands.

They still ahve some for 549 for the 42MM version.
$500 for a toy is just to pricey. Samsung wants the same for the 2 latest Gear S2 Classic models and I find that to be very hard to swallow.

The problem with all smartwatches is they are limited, still require a phone to do something and aren't 100% standalone yet. Even the Gear S/S2 aren't 100% standalone...unless you only need a fitness band.

None of them are worth more than $200 no matter the brand.

But for this watch which is 2 years outdated when it was released and now 3 year outdated based on newer option and with a newer model right around the corner, it simply needs to drop even lower in price.

If Apple had sold them for 199.99 from day one, they would have sold them all out.

I actually would prefer a watch that is 'limited' as you put it. I have no interest in a watch replacing my phone, but to compliment it via simple notifications. Battery life needs to last at least a week with heavy use. All the features that apple and all these other OEM's are trying to stuff into the watches is just crazy...and is a reason why they all fail to grab mass attention.

Still too pricey since I don't have a device to set it up with. I assume it would work with the iPad Mini, but I don't see the point in mating it with a tablet.

Drop it to $99 and I will get one.

I've seen now 2 people wearing one since it's release. I work with both guys. Yet to see one on the street though.

Wouldn't work with iPad. iPhone 5 up only.
