AT&T to show off the Curve on May 25th?

It was just Monday when we told you that AT&T had confirmed that the BlackBerry Curve 8900 would launch in the early summer. The year must be speeding by, because BGR has a tipster reporting the top selling smartphone in the States (based on NPD's rankings for the first quarter) will be available on AT&T starting May 25th. The price is expected to be $149.99 with a 2 year contract, although there is no word on whether or not that price includes a rebate. Wait...there's more...the same tipster tells BGR that on June 1st, Ma Bell will cut the price of the BlackBerry Bold from $299.99 to $199.99 with a 2 year pact. If time keeps moving this fast, before you blink your eyes it will be time to get the snow chains out of storage.

OMG ... how can this phone be released so soon.. and the Blackberry Tour keeps getting pushed back further & further on Verizon ?!? ridiculous.. this phone is nice tho.. idono, if i'd switch for it tho...

Finally a price drop on the Bold. maybe I can sell a few now? As for verizon, they need more time to cripple the phone and to stuff their verizon junkware into it.
