T-Mobile tells us it has fixed the issue, which impacted a small number of customers on the older LTE network in the Northeast and Midwest. Users should restart their devices to reconnect to the network.
Our teams resolved a service issue affecting a small number of customers on our older LTE core network in the Northeast and Midwest, and restarting devices will reconnect them to the network. Our 5G Standalone network was not impacted. We apologize for any inconvenience to our customers.

The outage appears to affect users in the Midwest and Northeast, with users from Ohio, New Jersey, and Massachusetts saying they aren't getting signals.

A couple of users say the problem fixed itself after they restarted their phones.
In addition to having no service, many users are also not able to log into their accounts on the website or the T-Life app, suggesting a systemic problem.
