Invitation to Sony's pre IFA event

Just a few days ago, we told you that the Sony LT 30 or the Sony Mint, would actually be called the
Sony Xperia T. Now, some new pictures of the stylish handset have been roaming the halls of the internet, so we opened the door and allowed them to come right to your screen. Speaking of screens, the Sony Xperia T offers a 4.6 inch, HD 720p display. The dual-core Qualcomm Snaprdragon S4
MSM8960 seems to be everywhere, and it is here again on the Sony Xperia T, and 1GB of RAM is aboard. 16GB of native storage will be found on the unit. On the back of the model you will find a 13MP camera with an aperture of f/2.4, AF and 1080p video capture. There is also a front-facing shooter.
This appears to be Sony's next flagship handset, the one that will have to take on the HTC One X and Samsung Galaxy S III not to mention the next iteration of the Apple iPhone. It might take more than
just a 13MP camera to beat back the competition. As far as when we might see the Sony Xperia T introduced, it is still
expected to be on August 29th at Sony's pre-IFA event. And considering that the pictures don't appear to show a prototype or pre-production unit, a September launch looks to be in the bag.
