Honor 8 gets a Doctor Strange limited edition

The Honor brand is probably a success in the United States, but many customers in Europe have decided to go for the new Honor 8 as well since it's already been introduced in many countries. That's probably one of the reasons that the company has decided to capitalize on the popularity of the smartphone and announced a partnership with Marvel for the launch of a limited edition Honor 8 in the UK.

The Doctor Strange limited edition Honor 8 will be given for free to some lucky fans through the Marvel UK Facebook page. The smartphone will feature the same hardware specs as the standard model, but it will be engraved with the “Eye of Agamotto” as featured in the Doctor Strange movie.

As part of the promotion, Honor and Marvel announced that customers who purchase the Honor 8 through UK-based carrier Three will be able to claim two free adult cinema tickets for the movie and four Marvel film downloads.

The promotion has already been kicked off on October 3 and it will end on November 30, so there's plenty of time for anyone interested to take advantage of the new offer.

However, there are a few requirements that must be met to be eligible for the offer. For example, only the first 3,000 valid Honor 8 handset registrations will receive free cinema tickets. Moreover, all four Marvel movie downloads must be redeemed via Google Play by 31.01.2017.

If you've already purchased you Honor 8 through Three UK's official channels, then make sure to enter the IMEI number on the promotion's dedicated website.
