In celebration of Columbus' day, smartphone brand Honor has announced a one-day $50 discount for its flagship Honor 8 handset on October 10 via Best Buy, Amazon, and Newegg. The smartphone is powered by a Kirin 950 chipset with an octa-core processor and 4GB of RAM, along with a 3000mAh battery with proprietary power saving technologies and a fast charging tech that takes 30 minutes to bring the battery to 50%.
