More news leaks about the LG Cayenne LS860
Last week, we told you some information about a side-sliding handset from LG called the LG Cayenne LS860. While Brief Mobile had a few leaked details about the phone, apparently they were able to obtain an entire list of specs and a new picture of the device which is expected to launch via Sprint next quarter. So far, no word on pricing for this phone.
The LG Cayenne is expected to offer a 4 inch IPS display with WVGA resolution. Under the hood should be a dual-core 1.2GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 processor with 1GB of RAM on board. Not only does thhe LG Cayenne offer the side-sliding physical QWERTY and 4G connectivity, it also will have NFC support. And if you're not exactly enamored by the moniker, Cayenne sure sounds like a code name to us.
Not so long ago, those specs would have made the LG Cayenne a high-end monster. Now, it looks to be a very capable, mid-range handset for those who have the need to type on a QWERTY keyboard.
