Samsung's rugged Galaxy Watch Ultra (2025) hits mainstream affordability with $305 discount
Believe it or not, you don't even need to be a Prime member to claim this killer new Amazon deal on one of the best smartwatches around.

I'm not even joking, as the Galaxy Watch Ultra (2025) has somehow become almost as affordable as the non-rugged Galaxy Watch 8 Classic after Amazon's latest and greatest discount with no special requirements and no strings attached. Although this comes on the heels of a solid $200 Prime Day 2026 discount, you actually don't need to jump through any hoops to take your savings all the way up to $305.24.
You may have to hurry, though, as the exceptional new non-member-exclusive promotion is only good for a Titanium White color option, which typically means limited availability (even in the context of an event like Prime Day).
In other words, you shouldn't be surprised if the 47 percent (!!!) discount from a $649.99 list price goes away just a few hours after the time of this writing, especially when you consider how much cheaper the Galaxy Watch Ultra (2025) is compared to the Apple Watch Ultra 3 and even the Apple Watch Ultra 2.

Keep in mind that this is not quite the same device Samsung released back in the summer of 2024, but it's incredibly close, which is not necessarily a bad thing. The Galaxy Watch Ultra (2025) is also not very different from either the 2023-released Apple Watch Ultra 2 or last year's Apple Watch Ultra 3 in terms of everything from durability to overall power and... the convenience of their customizable side-mounted buttons.
Satellite connectivity is the biggest thing that's missing here, but as painful as it might be to settle for a shorter list of features and capabilities than your Apple-devoted "frenemies", that's clearly a compromise worth making to save... hundreds and hundreds of dollars. And yes, I do expect the fast-approaching Galaxy Watch Ultra 2 to annul that key advantage of the Apple Watch Ultra 3, but I don't even want to think about the retail pricing of Samsung's next big rugged timepiece and how unlikely it is to see that go down to $350 or less in the coming year or so.
