How awesome of a bargain is the 6.7-inch Galaxy S26 Plus at $250 off its list prices in both 256 and 512GB storage variants with no special requirements? If your answer is "not that awesome", perhaps Amazon can tempt you to consider the least successful member of Samsung's latest family of non-foldable high-end handsets at an enhanced $330 discount.

This is only good for the upper-tier storage configuration that normally costs a whopping $1,299.99, which means that you most likely need to hurry to be able to take advantage of Amazon's outstanding new deal, especially with a single Sky Blue color option available for more than 250 bucks off that regular price at the time of this writing.

If you prefer a more compact Android powerhouse, the base Galaxy S26 is also on sale at a huge discount in a single storage variant and single colorway.

Now, it is important to point out that you're not quite looking at an unprecedented or unbeatable offer here, as Prime members have been able to save even more than $330 on the same S26+ variant around a month and a half ago. But I highly doubt that mind-blowing Prime Day 2026 promotion will return before the next Amazon Prime-exclusive sales event likely to take place in October or maybe even Black Friday in November.

It pretty much goes without saying that you don't have to jump through any hoops to get the 512GB Galaxy S26+ at a lower price than a 256GB S26 Ultra right now, and while this still doesn't make the unpopular Plus model the best Android phone money can buy in 2026, it should seriously boost the 6.7-incher's mass appeal, as it makes its value equation virtually impossible to eclipse.

Yes, I realize that our in-depth Galaxy S26 Plus review a few months back called this device a "perfectly good phone with no reason to exist", but that was at a retail price of $1,099.99 and up. I can now think of multiple reasons why someone would consider a purchase at $330 off a regular price of $1,299.99, starting with hardcore Samsung fans and Android power users in general who can't afford the Galaxy S26 Ultra and don't like the compact body of the "vanilla" Galaxy S26.

The S26+ should prove a "perfectly good" alternative for Google's overpriced Pixel 11 Pro XL as well following the search giant's big August 12 product announcement event, which might be one of the reasons why next year's Galaxy S27 family is also expected to include a Plus member in addition to a base, an Ultra, and for the first time ever, a Pro version.
