These are all the devices bumped up to One UI 9 today
Galaxy S23;
Galaxy S23 Plus;
Galaxy S23 Ultra;
Galaxy Z Fold 5;
Galaxy Z Flip 5;
Galaxy Jump 5.
If you don't know what the Galaxy Jump 5 is, you probably don't live in and you're not very familiar with Samsung's homeland. South Korea is actually the only market where that mid-end 6.7-inch phone with Snapdragon 6 Gen 3 processing power and a 5,000mAh battery was released in just a few months ago, and if those specs happen to ring a bell, that might be because they're identical to what the Galaxy A27 5G offers everywhere else around the world.

That suggests the international 5G-enabled Galaxy A27 mid-ranger could receive its stable Android 17-based One UI 9 promotion around the same time as the Galaxy S23 trio, Galaxy Z Fold 5, and Z Flip 5 in European markets and the US, which would certainly be a little unexpected.
If you had asked me that last week, I would have probably said yes without much hesitation. In the meantime, however, the first big One UI 9 bug has cropped up on devices as varied as the Galaxy S24, S24 Ultra, Galaxy A57 5G, and even the S26 Ultra, and at least to my knowledge, Samsung has yet to address the glitch that's making it impossible for some owners of those phones to actually... use them after trying to install the new OS.

As such, you're currently advised to exercise great care if you're treated to a tempting collection of UI tweaks, add-ons, and new features... that's not exactly been described as life-altering by many early adopters, and be on the lookout for various other smaller bugs and issues detailed in a bunch of Reddit threads, including some serious battery drain.
What can you expect from Samsung next?
While no one can have any guarantees on any exact delivery dates for any specific devices apart from the ones that have been already updated, I think there's a great chance the Galaxy A37 5G will get stable One UI 9 goodies at the same time as the slightly humbler Galaxy A27.

Then the Galaxy A17's turn is likely to come in a week or two, but I actually can't say the same thing about the Galaxy S22 family. The 2022-released trio of Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 and Exynos 2200 powerhouses was only promised four major OS promotions, so Android 16 may have been the end of the software support road there.
That means Samsung will probably shift its focus from high-end phones to low-enders and mid-rangers after taking care of the Galaxy S23 series, Z Fold 5, and Z Flip 5. Oh, and tablets too, because in case you haven't noticed, the company hasn't even updated the Galaxy Tab S11 and Tab S11 Ultra to Android 17 yet, which is... definitely a little strange and very likely to change soon.
