World Record for fastest texting gets broken after just one day
Share:
Records are made to be broken and this one lasted all of 1 day. A video shows a gentleman by the name of Brian Sweet who used the keyboard on his Apple iPhone 4 to tap out the same phrase as Ms. Thompson did. Sweet says his time was a solid 4 seconds faster than the record set yesterday. But we would suggest that Mr. Sweet not rest on his laurals. With plenty of practice, someone else could be holding the record as soon as tomorrow.

"someone else could holding the record as soon as tomorrow." it's "could be holding" not "could holding"

Or maybe he posted that as soon as the article was posted, as his post was at 11:30 and both of your posts were 2.5 and 3 hours before yours, giving PA plenty of time to correct the grammatical error from when he posted until you both viewed the article. He wasn't being a troll, he was correcting grammar to make it more professional... get a life. +1 ap

Multitouch cannot possibly hold up against Swype. I am not a fast typist but can almost meet the record speed without much preparation at all using Swype.

What, the, hell. This person is not a normal human. He is tying abnormally fast. As someone who thinks swipe is great and also likes the Iphone board, i find that the less i have to pickup and put down my fingers the better. This person will end up with some joint issues from the strain of tying so fast. Let us make our lives easier, and for the average person swipe will do this with little work or strain.
