Stephen Elop paid/threatened him with a needle (to poke his fats) to get him do that.

Apple fans dumping on the WOZ?!? UNACCEPTABLE!!! Steve Jobs was't a tech wizard, Woz had the know how. The WOZ is a Techie, and as such tries all tech out.
Jesus Christ (Superstar...)! Steve Wozniak isn't some stupid fanboy/girl. The man simply loves technology and there are exciting products coming out from all directions. Some of you are looking for him to be on team Edward or team Jacob, but that crap doesn't matter to Woz and it shouldn't matter all that much to you either. There is nothing wrong with embrassing technology and enjoying the advancements that come with it. An awesome smartphone is just that no matter who makes it. If HTC comes out with an Android phone that cures cancer, I'm not going to sit back and say...well...I'm an Apple guy so I can't buy that. I'm also not going to diss a cancer killing phone (man, that analogy was pretty far out there).
My point is any technonerd that is a true technonerd will embrace technology no matter the source. Woz has been seen buying Android and Windows Phone. But he still waits outside the Apple Store on launch days. It's not about the brand name, it's about the products and functions. I can wait for the lot of you to learn that...

I do understand what you're saying... I understand Steve... I have enjoyed in the las 11 years different cells like Nokia, Sony Ericsson, Samsung-Windows, Blackberry, HTC and iPhone... I'm a computer programmer with 28 years in the field... embracing good technology no matter the source!
BTW I'm enjoying my iPhone right now, BUT as soon as Verizon carry new Nokia-Windows Phones I'll jump to those phones... No, I'm not a fool person... My wife has a HTC-Trophy windows phone long time ago and I can compare every single detail on both phones... Still, as of today, I have decided to switch from iPhone to Windows.

I like Woz. Even tho he is recognized as an Apple guy.....no favoritism, biased. Folks can learn alot from him.
And I wouldnt wait for folks to learn that.....you will be waiting forever....

Great comment jeff! I wish people could learn that good is good no matter where it comes from.

I love WOZ he was the brains behind apple. Sure jobs came up with the ideas, but WOZ made them into reality. He wasn't greedy like Jobs and is open minded when it comes to competitors' technology.
WOZ IS A TRUE TECH GEEK. Just get your hands on every new product that cames out NO MATTER who it's made by

I'd like to know how many iDiots are saying "who the f*** is this wozniak guy? Never heard of him, uhDURR steve jobs invented apple!". I'm betting at least half.

Now this guy was the real man behind Apple,s success not Steve Jobs the man for who millions of stupid people cried. Take a good look at him people there is a windows phone in his hand not an I TOY
