Motorola's high-end Razr Ultra (2025) foldable just hit an absurdly low Prime Day 2026 price
High-end foldables don't have to cost an arm and a leg anymore, as proven by last year's Razr Ultra powerhouse at its newly reduced Amazon price.

I'm talking about the Razr Ultra (2025), which obviously holds a number of major advantages over the "vanilla" Razr (2025)... without costing a lot more than its little brother. Of course, the ultra-high-end model was released at significantly higher prices last year, originally fetching as much as $1,299.99 in a 512GB storage variant and an arguably excessive $1,499.99 with... an arguably excessive full terabyte of local digital hoarding room.
In recent months, however, the Snapdragon 8 Elite powerhouse with 7 and 4-inch screens in tow has topped my weekly deals roundups multiple times with crazy high discounts, so it only makes sense to see Amazon absolutely destroy the handset's aforementioned list price in a 512 gig configuration for the e-commerce giant's Prime Day 2026 extravaganza.
If you're a Prime member, you can currently pay 615 bucks less than $1,299.99 for a Razr Ultra (2025) with a very generous amount of internal storage space and a gorgeous Pantone Cabaret or Pantone Mountain Trail paint job. At its newly reduced price, the super-premium flip phone is only $135 costlier than the non-Ultra Razr (2025), which comes with just 256GB storage and 8GB RAM instead of a whopping 16 gigs of the good stuff.

The Razr Ultra (2025) is clearly the better phone in several other departments, including screen size and resolution, processing power, camera performance, battery capacity, and charging speeds. In almost all of those areas, Motorola's foldable flagship from last year is also either as good as or better than Samsung's Galaxy Z Flip 7, which starts at $850 at the time of this writing after an otherwise substantial Prime Day 2026 discount of its own.
So, yes, the 512GB Motorola Razr Ultra (2025) is significantly cheaper than a 256GB Z Flip 7 as well, and although there's also a Razr Ultra (2026) edition you should theoretically consider right now, that's far too expensive to even enter the conversation. Simply put, you might be looking at the best foldable phone you can buy today, at least in terms of its value for your money.
