Now THIS is a great price for Samsung's overlooked and underrated Galaxy Z Flip 7 FE
You've probably never seriously considered buying the Galaxy Z Flip 7 Fan Edition... until today.

Not only was the first Fan Edition foldable device inexplicably priced too high at launch with far too many similarities to the Galaxy Z Flip 6, but its marketing was also pretty much non-existent and the discounts way too modest to considerably boost its mass appeal. Things went from bad to worse and from inexplicable to somehow even weirder when Samsung essentially discontinued the "affordable" flip phone after just a few months of commercial availability, and while that decision was recently reversed, the list prices of the revived foldable were still impossible to stomach.
Of course, that's where Amazon comes in today, offering Prime members (and only Prime members) the unique opportunity to spend a whopping 400 bucks less than usual on an unlocked Galaxy Z Flip 7 FE with no (other) strings attached. Since the Exynos 2400-powered device normally starts at $899.99, this massive Prime Day 2026 discount arguably makes the Z Flip 7 Fan Edition a legitimately affordable product capable of taking on the likes of Motorola's Razr (2025).
For once, last year's "standard" Razr is actually costlier than the Z Flip 7 FE, although in a lot of ways, Motorola's budget-friendly clamshell is better, sporting larger displays, a larger battery, faster charging, and more storage space (at least compared to an entry-level Galaxy Z Flip 7 Fan Edition variant).

But if there was ever a time to buy Samsung's cheapest foldable to date, that's definitely right now, and if you consider its super-premium build quality, razor-thin profile, respectable camera system, and perhaps most importantly, stellar long-term software support, you'll undoubtedly be pleased with your Prime Day purchase. Oh, and if you think you need 256 gigs of local digital hoarding room instead of just 128GB, you can opt for the Z Flip 7 FE's costlier model at only $60 more after an even heftier discount of $440 from a regular price of $999.99. How awesome is that?
