Verizon's BlackBerry Storm2 first to see V Cast Apps market

Verizon's BlackBerry Storm2 first to see V Cast Apps market
On the BlackBerry front, Verizon Wireless has managed to do good on their part when it comes to promises – we've already seen the Tour get its much anticipated OS 5.0 on time. Originally slated to go live on March 29, Verizon's V Cast Apps market has finally launched – but it appears that the BlackBerry Storm2 is the only one so far to get it. It's a notable launch seeing that it'll go toe-to-toe with RIM's own App World – although we'd think that the two markets will be able to co-exist with one another. The icon for the app is actually located on the homescreen of the BlackBerry Storn2; so it'll be just a click away from being launched quickly. Even though the Storm2 might be getting first dibs on the new market, other BlackBerry handsets are expected to follow shortly down the road. In the mean time, Storm2 owners can go ahead and check out what the V Cast Apps market has to offer.
