Palm Pre to be available with Telefonica in many countries

While everyone’s expecting the Palm Pre with Sprint in the United States, the Spanish newspaper Expansion informs that Telefonica’s Movistar will have the exclusive rights to offer it in Spain, as well as in many Latin American countries. In the UK, the upcoming top smartphone will be available with O2, a Telefonica subsidiary. This is an important move for the company, since its rival, Vodafone, is already cleaning down the dust from its UK shelves for the future Android-powered phone, HTC Magic.
