Vodafone to pull the HTC Magic out of its hat in April
Vodafone has announced that they expect availability in April of the new HTC Magic, the second cellphone of the manufacturer to run on Google's open source Android OS. This explains the similarity between the handset and T-Mobile's G1, which was the world's first Android phone. The Magic is equipped with a 3.2 inch touchscreen, 3G connectivity, Wi-Fi, GPS and a 3.2MP camera which includes video capture out of the box, unlike the G1. And in comparison to the latter model, this phone will not sport a physical QWERTY keyboard but an on-screen one. No pricing was announced by the carrier.
