Motorola makes Android 7.0 Nougat update for Moto Z and Moto Z Force official

Today, the US-based company announced it will begin to roll out Android 7.0 Nougat to Moto Z and Moto Z Force globally, starting this week. So, it's not just the Verizon customers getting the update, so make sure to check out Motorola's support website for specific info by country and carrier.
Along with the Android 7.0 Nougat update, Motorola announced that both Moto Z and Moto Z Force will receive compatibility with Daydream, Google's mobile VR. Motorola also mentions that these are the first smartphones, other than Google's, that have been recognized by the search giant as Daydream-ready.
Obviously, you'll need the Daydream View headset and controller if you want to use the phones' VR features. You can buy one at Verizon, Best Buy and Google Store in the United States.
If you own the Moto Z or Moto Z Force, you should already start checking for the Android 7.0 Nougat update on your phone, or you can wait for Motorola's notification to arrive.
