Get a free Android phone just for ordering a meal from Chili's website
Nothing like getting a free Android phone for dessert. Order a meal worth $25 or more from the Chilistogo.com website and you can select a free Android handset courtesy of Chili's. Some of the available models have decent specs such as the Motorola DROID BIONIC. There is a caveat, of course. You need to sign up for a new 2-year contract with the carrier offering the phone you select.

Among the free phones you can choose from are four Verizon models, the Motorola DROID 3, Samsung DROID Charge, Motorola DROID BIONIC and HTC Droid Incredible 2. Sprint phones available in the promotion include the Samsung Conquer 4G, HTC EVO Design 4G, ZTE Fury and the Samsung Transform Ultra. The T-Mobile handsets available for free feature the HTC Wildfire S, T-Mobile myTouch and myTouch Q, Samsung Exhibit II 4G.

One last note. The fine print near the bottom of the offer on the website says that if you do take Chili's up on the offer of a free phone, you agree to receive a text message from the restaurant company for the purpose of installing the new Chili's app. With the app you can find the nearest Chili's, browse the menu and get coupons.

oh, okay...
does everything work well otherwise?

yeah, completely well. if i had to come up with a single gripe it would be that the "Favorite Contacts" widget doesn't work with Nova Launcher but that's really just an incompatibility issue.

Yeah it doesn't work with GO Launcher on mine either.
I just use indivual contact shortcuts instead...

that's an idea but it still works with the first four contacts so i'll just stick with it.
