AT&T to offer dual-core packin' HTC Lead?
Share:
Based on the information gleaned from the leaked ROM, under the hood you will find a Qualcomm MSM8660 1.2GHz dual-core Snapdragon processor with 768MB of RAM aboard. A 5MP camera is on the back of the phone and there is no front-facing shooter.
There was no information found relating to a possible launch date or how AT&T intends to price the device. Based on the specs, which are not as high-end as those found on the HTC Sensation or the HTC EVO 3D, we would consider this to fall into the mid-range category and should be priced accordingly.

Let's put it this way, if a phone ever gets a 2GHz and dual core in the same package, my girl will not be needed for a few days, and I'm with Sprint

Don't you mean the HTC Evo 3D? The specs of this phone are higher than those of the Evo 4G. How can you say that these specs are not as high as other phones? The only difference between this phone and the Sensation 4G is the screen resolution, version of HTC Sense, and cameras. Android 2.3.4, 768MB RAM (which is about 2x what is in my desktop), and a 1.2Ghz dual-core processor are all high-end.

Why are you still using HTC's old logo??

The "Holiday" is a monster 4.5" dual-core LTE option, with all the fancy cameras. But, honestly, I like the specs on this offering a little better: the 4.3" screen is great and I could care less about the front facing camera, so why pay more for it? I do agree with Socalvenom though, that any new purchase should hold out and see how the Galaxy S2 looks and performs.
