New face filters
The initial set contains eight face filters, which can be accessed by opening the camera and tapping the new face icon in the bottom right corner. The new filters work with Boomerang, which means you'll be able to add them to whatever you share.
Aside from the new face filters, Instagram announced a couple of creative tools are now available in the camera section. For example, you can now make videos that play in reverse with “Rewind.” The new camera format can be found next to “Boomerang” and “Hands-Free.”

Another new tool announced today will allow Instagram users to add more context to a story with a new hashtag sticker. The latest update adds a sticker icon at the top right of the app, where you can select and customize the hashtag, then include it in your story.
Last but not least, Instagram has added a new eraser brush when using drawing tools. The new feature will allow you to erase other things that you've drawn or remove colors.
Version 10.21 of Instagram has already pushed in the App Store and Google Play, so make sure to update to the latest iteration to benefit from the new features.
