It's a heavily-saturated market out there in the smartphone sector and any manufacturer confident enough that it should enter the public eye on an international scale should look into the proper marketing. Partnership deals with establishments outside of the smartphone market are a good idea, and that's the choice that handset slinger Leagoo has made.

The company has now signed a 5-year deal with British football club Tottenham Hotspur. During this period, both parties will promote each other's brand — Tottenham will, obviously, have Leagoo's logo proudly on display, while the phone maker will sell figurines of some of the football players and will also present the FC's cockerel emblem to its own customers.

What does this mean for Leagoo? Well, the most obvious thing is, we now have a special edition Leagoo T5 phone, made to celebrate the new partnership. Other than that, however, we have a brand that's making strides to become an internationally-recognizable name, so we might be seeing more and more of Leagoo in the coming months.

The limited edition Leagoo T5 is not for sale just yet, but you can check out its official page linked below.
