Sprint Premier customers get first dibs on buying the HTC EVO 3D; available now
It pays to be a loyal customer, and we’d bet that Sprint Premier customers can attest to that saying – mainly because they have first dibs on picking up the HTC EVO 3D.

These special and privileged customers can pick up the 3D packing Android smartphone right now for the usual 2-year contract price of $199.99. Being able to buy one a few days before it’s released to the general public is indeed sweet, but even more when you can hopefully show it off to envious friends before they can get their hands on one. Even though Sprint Premier customers can buy one online right now, there is no concrete word if orders are being shipped prior to its June 24th official release date.

Regardless of that, it shouldn’t be long before everyone around the country will be experiencing the whole 3D craze with the HTC EVO 3D.

I was going to have to order mine through telesales because they were overriding my upgrade to get the full $150 off but I wanted it sooner so I called up and bitched for them to override it now so I can order online. After 1 hour (no joke) they finally obliged. Only problem is that it won't reflect online on my account until 11 am tomorrow (Wednesday) so it was pretty much pointless lolol. However, not a complete loss because now I will be able to get it anywhere. Best Buy here I come! Or Radio Shack, but I would rather choose Best Buy because they have the future proofing buyback program.

You managed to get Sprint to override your upgrade status, and then you felt like you still were not getting what you wanted, so you called up and bitched at them for an hour until they allowed you to order online so that you could get the phone 3 days sooner? How old are you? Does your mommy know you have a cell phone?

Sprint bends the rules and goes out of their way to please customers that are genuinely and legitimately upset. But if customers start abusing the system, I guarantee this kind of behavior will disappear.

people like you guys are what make the wireless industry suck. ungrateful customers who have a sense of entitlement and feel like bitching and moaning will get you what you want. i never do a damn thing for customers like you. however the customer who is nice and understanding and doesn't even ask, i will pretty much do anything in my power for, or even give them an early upgrade just as a thanks for being with us and being a normal, civil, person.

When I talk to Sprint, I don't bitch and complain, I make valid points. One of the main reasons that I switched to Sprint was because of the yearly upgrade. I was legitimately upset when that privilege was taken from me due to Premiere Program changes. I have five lines and have never been late on payment so I believe I deserve it even though we are on the EDS 1500 and not EDS 3000. Plus, if I order through Telesales, I won't get it in the mail until Monday the 27th. IMO they should have pushed the override through via Account Services the first time instead of telling me that only Telesales had the power to do it. It took some digging on my part to find that info because they were withholding it from me. When Account Services overrides it, I get freedom to choose where I buy it from, and that's important to me.

same here.......hate when a customer comes bitching because they think they own or are entitled a fuken two year discount just because they have been wit us for less than a year i can care less for who they are.....but if their nice and understading then i go out of my way just because they know bitching like that fuken troll^ wont get them anywhere.....damn annoying
