Palm Pre will not work on the SERO plan
If you're one of the lucky people who managed to get on Sprint's SERO (Sprint Employee Referral Offer) plan, you'll be upset to know that the Palm Pre won't work on it. If you're not familiar with it, the plan was only available to consumers who were referred by a Sprint employee. The minimum SERO plan started out at $30 per month for 500 minutes, unlimited text messaging, and unlimited data. Unfortunately, it is no longer available and replaced with the Everything Plus plan. If you're looking to upgrade to the Pre, you'll be required to change plans. It'll need to be placed on an Everything Data or Everything Plus plan in order to work.

I think that is a typo on Best Buys part but would be nice if I'm wrong. Video recording was said to come a few months later with a firmware update but maybe they got it ready early.

You do know that's only if you don't get a full rebate? You ought to practice full disclosure
