Best Buy set to get exclusive deal with the Palm Pre
We've recently launched a new Arena, the WebOSArena, our sister site to cover everything about Palm's WebOS system and Palm Pre.

Breaking the news, WebOSArena posted that Best Buy will be Sprint's exclusive retail partner for the Palm Pre. Similar to what happened with another hot Sprint phone - the Samsung Instinct - the consumer electronics retailer will offer the Pre exclusively for 60 days before other Sprint partners get it. Unfortunately, there is no information about exact release date.

We're sure Palm Pre will be a successful model, even more than the Samsung Instinct, what do you think?

so much confidence by everyone behind a Palm product, I just hope it is not a bit too early to start declaring this a winner. And this will truly be succesful once Verizon gets it.

I'm so confused. The comment I posted on this forum last night was removed, and it was a normal comment answeing someones question, yet this comment (which was also on here last night) was left on? Whats up with the mods here? Its a police state.

I still don't understand why Palm when they are barely keeping their head above water in these bad economic times would they offer their devices exclusively which ever model it be, and whether it be GSM or CDMA. I would think they would want to offer their devices on as many carriers as possible to allow themselves a chance to get out of the hole they dug for themselves.
