Amazon is giving out $50 gift cards with the purchase of a Verizon device
On top of the phenomenal savings that Amazon somehow manages to give its customers with new handset purchases, they’re having this limited promotion that primarily targets those who happen to pick up any device from their Verizon lineup.

Between midnight PDT September 16 until 11:50 PM PDT September 26, Amazon is giving customers $50 Amazon.com gift cards for those who purchase a Verizon phone or mobile broadband device – with a contract obviously. So in addition to the wicked sales they’re always having with the latest gear, they’re adding yet another $50 to your pockets that you can use on other things.

Actually, customers will be sent gift card codes via e-mail on October 10, 2011, which they can then redeem to purchase other goods through their web site. As it stands, the only stipulation with the promotion is that it’s limited to one per customer – so if you buy two devices, just expect to see one $50 gift card code.

Nevertheless, it’s still money in your pockets that wasn’t there to begin with.  Therefore, if you’re seriously considering buying things like the HTC ThunderBolt, Motorola DROID BIONIC, or Sony Ericson Xperia PLAY, then you’ better check out Amazon’s offering.

Android, android, android and android... Does the deal apply to the HTC Trophy - One of the HIGHEST rated phones on Verizon? Yes! Is it mentioned? No!

Great biased writing... Don't quit your day job.
