AT&T Prepaid and Cricket Black Friday deals include Galaxy S9 at half off, $99 iPhone 6s
America’s big four carriers are usually not as generous as retailers like Best Buy, Target, Walmart, and Amazon when it comes to holiday deals on smartphones and other smart devices, but hot on the heels of Verizon’s latest BOGOs, AT&T has revealed a few decent special offers for its prepaid customers, as well as subscribers to daughter operator Cricket.

Perhaps the most enticing promotion is one set to kick off on Cyber Monday (November 26), running all the way through December 20. Those switching online to Cricket Wireless during this period will get half off a hot new Samsung Galaxy A6 or still-hot Galaxy S9.

Currently, the GS9 costs a whopping $700, while the Galaxy A6 sets new and existing Cricket users back $340, which means the two’s prices should drop to a significantly more palatable $350 and $170 respectively.

You can also score a cool $100 discount on any iPhone at a Cricket store near you between November 19 and 29 (with a network switch), while new AT&T Prepaid service lines are eligible for an ultra-affordable $49.99 Samsung Galaxy Express Prime 3 from November 20 to the 27th. That’s obviously not the world’s greatest smartphone, but normally, it costs $129.99.

Last on the list of heavily marked-down mobile devices but definitely not least, the iPhone 6s is looking at a $100 discount valid starting today, November 16, until January 10. That brings the price of this oldie but goldie down to a measly $99 with new lines of AT&T Prepaid service on $50 and up monthly plans.

Speaking of plans, new AT&T Prepaid customers can get a single line of unlimited high-speed data for as little as $45 a month right now, while Cricket Wireless offers four lines of unlimited data for a grand total of $100.
