Android users had some really good time this week. First, T-Mobile made the myTouch 3G official. Then, HTC announced the long-rumored and anticipated Hero. The smartphone has quickly gained popularity thanks to its Sense interface, which is actually the first attempt to personalize Android. On the Windows Mobile front, Sprint has finally begun selling the Snap, while Verizon announced the upcoming availability of the Ozone. Here is what made headlines this week, sorted by dates. Coming next week...

Next week, the HTC Ozone is expected to become available on Verizon. However, do not waste your time going to the stores, as it will be available online and through the carrier’s business sales channels only. Another handset that will see the light of day will be the Motorola Karma QA1 from AT&T.
