RIM to release Ticketmaster app for BlackBerries

Buying tickets can be an enjoyable experience for some; especially through a computer. But it’s a different story if you’re stuck in traffic and trying to use your mobile web browser. Sometimes they require certain plug-ins in order to purchase tickets through a secured connection and most mobile browsers just can’t compare. RIM will be making life easier for many BlackBerry users trying to purchase tickets through Ticketmaster. This new app is designed to make it convenient and simple to navigate through a variety of listings for different events. It will also integrate BlackBerry Wallet to make the buying process with a credit card painless. Additionally, the app can hook you up with advanced or reserved tickets for special event and other limited promotions. Who says using an app can be a rewarding experience too? Although it all sounds great right now, the app is not yet available for download. You can sign up here by entering your email address to be notified once is it available.
