New Oppo R8207 makes the rounds at TENAA while the Oppo Find 7/7a go on a Black Friday sale
Chinese smartphone maker Oppo is in the news once again, with its unannounced Oppo R8207 making the rounds at TENAA. The device has a familiar rectangular shape and boasts a 5-inch TFT HD display, a 1.5GHz octa-core processor, 2GB of RAM, 16GB of expandable storage, a 13MP main camera with LED flash, and a 5MP front camera. The device is just 0.26in (6.85mm) thick.

Looking at the similarities in design and specs, it's easy to recognize the R807 as Oppo's answer to the Apple iPhone 6, or Samsung's upcoming A-series smartphones. If Oppo prices it right, and the company is no stranger to affordable price tags, it might have a successful product in its hands - even if not a particularly innovative one.

In other Oppo news, the company is having a Black Friday sale in its online store, Oppo Style. The Oppo Find 7a with a 1080p screen and 2GB of RAM can be had for $499, bundled with a cover, screen protector, SD card, extra battery, and a $100 voucher towards another smartphone purchase. If you fancy the Oppo Find 7 with a QHD screen and 3GB of RAM, it can be yours for $599 with the same goodies included.
