LG G Pro 3 specs leak: 6-inch QHD screen, 4GB of RAM and a fingerprint scanner
If you're a smartphone user who appreciates handsets stuffed with the latest specs, then you might want to keep your eyes on the LG G Pro 3. It's been close to 16 months since the LG G Pro 2 was released, but a new report indicates that the long awaited sequel might finally see the light of day by the end of this year.

The LG G Pro 3 is expected to feature a 6-inch screen with a 1440 x 2560 resolution. That works out to a 490ppi pixel density. Powering the phablet will be the Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 SoC and 4GB of RAM is said to be inside, along with 32GB of expandable memory. A 20.7MP camera will grace the back of the unit while the 8MP camera in front snaps selfies. A fingerprint scanner is rumored to be among the phone's features, and Android 5.1 should be pre-installed.

According to the report, the LG G Pro 3 will be priced at around $790. LG is also rumored to have an all metal premium version of the LG G4 planned for the second half of this year. The LG G4 Note is rumored to include a 5.8-inch screen with Laser Auto Focus capabilities on the rear camera, and will reportedly feature a stylus.

Thanks for the tip!

Pretty Dope! Except for the 6" Display tho. LG should trim down the bezels as much as possible

Well if it's anything like what LG has previously released, the bezels should be decent.

Well the thing that i love the most about LG and the reason their phones looks good from the front they got tiny bezels and more importantly the phones don't look weird or ugly like sharp phones and etc.

What are you talking about, that Sharp Aquos has an amazing design and tiny bezels... unless you weren't talking about the company "sharp"?

The look of Sharp phones(don't know the phones name) look weird tiny bezels can't hide that it's like the phone is upside down.

JUST GIVE US A LG G4 PRO WITH A FINGERPRINT SCANNER, SNAPDRAGON 820, METAL BUILD and REMOVABLE BATTERY AND SD
Retain the G3's screen size &width, and you've got my money.

Sounds good.. For now, I'm clinging on to my z ultra.. Hoping for Sony to FINALLY release a successor..

This should be a beast though.. Not sure about the G4 Note.. Hope LG is not bitten by thw device spamming bug like Samsung..

Yeah I'm hoping for that Z5 Ultra too. After using that 6.4whatever inch screen everything feels so tiny now.

Actually it is up to LG. Its a fairly small non important mobile company(talking about phones only) and if they want to succeed in USA they need to pursue the carriers. No one is going to pursue them. They are not Apple neither Samsung.

If that is true then all carriers will have the same phones. The carrier is the one that picks the phones.

I've been waiting for this. Still using original g pro. G pro 2 was a disappointment. I hope they release this on all carriers in the usa not just at&t. Don't see the purpose of having a g pro 3 and a supposed g4 note later this year. One has to be false.

LG makes great phones, but their battery life sucks hard

Ironically their G2 was a miracle! It had absolutely the BEST battery life at the time, and still its battery life is considered one of the most respectable ones up till now.
Now they are struggling to reproduce such a great battery life in their modern flagships!! Lol!

The G4 would have had same or better battery time if SD808 had been what it should have been. But whenever it has to do some work it eats battery like a fat kid eats candy. The screen however is as efficient as the 1080p in G2.

I think the opposite SD 808 do what it suppose to do but the screen sucks why cause G3 battery is the same.

Sounds pretty promising but as I've learned with lg phones, wait until real lift tests and all the problems that come first.

Looks good, as long as the SD820 doesn't have the heat problems the 810 does. And if it's available on T-Mobile. I want a 6"+ phone, but the Nexus 6 is too expensive through T-Mobile, the Xperia Z Ultra lack camera flash, and the (rumored) Z4 Ultra will supposedly have the 810.

Yes cause the 5.5 inch G4 is just so much smaller than note's 4 5.7 inch screen..

hmm probably size difference isn't significant compared to G4 but G3 sure was pretty close to 5' HTC one m8. Problem was top notch g pro 2 doesn't have same function as Note series, it feels like bigger phone like iPhone 6 with no actual useful feature - the S-Pen/stylus.

I don't love the size, but I'm buying it. As long as it has a big battery it will be perfect! I know it's expensive, but I'll just sell a kidney or something.
