Lenovo's ultra-compact, extra-powerful gaming tablet, the Legion Tab Gen 5, is making headlines after a lengthy absence from the deals scene. Likely for a limited time, the Lenovo Store is allowing you to grab this model with a hefty $200 discount in tow, making it a much smarter buy.
Full disclosure: even though previous discounts on this Android tablet were technically lower, they did bring the model to a cheaper price. The reason, as you may have already guessed, is the ongoing RAMpocalypse, which led to Lenovo increasing this model's MSRP by $50.
But instead of letting the recent price increase discourage you, take it as an incentive to upgrade before another one comes. Hopefully, the tablet won't go beyond $899.99, but we never know.

Meanwhile, it delivers quite a bit for its current $699.99 price, including a Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chip that promises excellent performance even during long gaming sessions. Like my colleague Rad says in our Legion Tab Gen 5 review, this bad boy can handle not just hardcore gaming but also heavy multitasking without breaking a sweat.
Factor in the 9,000mAh battery that gives you over 10 hours of gaming on a single charge, and you've got one of the best iPad mini (A17 Pro) rivals money can buy.
Best thing about this compact Android tablet is that you can now get it for a huge $200 off its original price. Act fast if you're tempted because chances are Lenovo's ongoing deal won't remain live for long.
