Camera rings, flex cable and home button holder from the Apple iPhone 6s surface
Another leak related to the Apple iPhone 6s appeared today when pictures of three components from the device surfaced overseas. Earlier Sunday, we showed you CAD/CAM diagrams of the phone which confirmed earlier reports that the next iteration of the Apple's iconic smartphone would be .2mm thicker than the current model. The source of the images also revealed that the Apple iPhone 6s Plus would be .2mm thicker than the Apple iPhone 6 Plus.

Additionally, it appears that the camera on the iPhone 6s will be protruding just like it does on the current iPhone 6. One of the components pictured in today's leak is the camera ring that will be employed on the iPhone 6s. The rings look exactly the same as the ones used on the current model. The home button holder for the iPhone 6s was also leaked, with a picture showing the ring in Gold. According to today's leak, the new gold-colored models will be called champagne.

Another part pictured today is the flex cable for the iPhone 6s. This is a traditional leak which we usually pass along every year. Unlike the flex cable found in the current iPhone models, which is made with two parts, the new flex cable is one part. You can see the True Tone LED flash to the left of the cable.

Check out the pictures of these components by clicking on the slideshow.

Thanks for the tip!
