samsung ultra 2 - problems always restart

how 2 fix dis problem? when you go 2 messages it will gonna restar... how can i fix it?

I bought my phone 'samsung wave 2 on March 2011 but it seem now it has a problem 'always restart itself' after restart few time it will turn to SOS (Emergency call only) and at the signal coverage appear '?'. I have to restart manually only then in turn normal for a few minute and then start again keep on restart itself. Please help me on this problem I would like to know what is the problem. Thks
