annoying phone, they said that its battery life can stay for 120 hours in stand - by mode but mine can only last for approx 24 hrs.. does anyone having issue like this?

i have this phone for almost 1 month..battery very low did samsung inspect this galaxy y phone..? not happy for the battery but the other application so far very nice..then no loud speaker? (^_^)
