Mobile Showig USB connection even without connecting to any USB device

Hi,

I am using samsung corby 2. it was working fine for 1 year and now it is showing USB connection automatically even though it is not connected to any USB (mass storage).

And the battery icon is showing like charging, but the battery is getting down very fastly.

Is this happen to anyone? and it can be cured by servicing?

u have to give the pHone for service then it will be ook,charger slot u have to close after the use for that only like these problems occure.
