Sony Ericsson Xperia model code named Pepper aka MT27i is said to be the successor to the Sony Ericsson Xperia neo. This new model offers a 3.7 inch display with resolution of 480 x 854. Under the hood is a dual-core 1.2GHz processor, possibly the ST-Ericsson NoveThor U8500 chipset. The device will have a 5MP camera which captures video at 720p, and a front-facing camera. A 1320mAh battery is expected to be powering the device. There is speculation that while it will be running on Android 2.3 at launch.
