Samsung S5560 is also being made available as the Anelka Edition in France

There is this unique bond that Anelka has with Samsung as his wholesome image graces one of Samsung's touchscreen phones. Most people are probably familiar with the Samsung S5560 which was released back during winter as being a decent mid-range solution for some people, but now it's getting a slight makeover with the famous football player in minds Although you can some times see Anelka donning the Samsung moniker on his football uniform, Samsung is paying tribute to the player by releasing a special edition of the Samsung S5560 as the Samsung Player 5 Anelka. It's available in white with Anelka's signature prominent on the phone as well as some other few goodies that include a 4GB microSD card with exclusive Anelka content. Aside from that, there is nothing really too different found in its specs, but you can fetch this handset through Virgin Mobile France for the price of €179 ($225).
