LG is working on a new European handset, the GD880 Mini?

LG is one of the manufacturers that release a great number of different cell phones every year. Information about a future handset of the company to be released under the name GD880 or GD880 Mini has surfaced at Cellpassion. Judging by the unofficial details about its physical dimensions (102x47.2x9.95 mm), we the latter name seems likelier. There are still no images showing what the cell phone looks like, but the information also has it the GD880 Mini will sport 3.2-inch touch-sensitive screen with resolution of 480x854 pixels and as of today, we know of only Android handsets featuring displays with this particular native resolution (the Motorola MILESTONE, Sony Ericsson Xperia X10). Moreover, the GD880 Mini should be a quad-band GSM with dual-band 3G, 5-megapixel camera and 100MB built-in memory. We still don´t know anything about the market release date of the handset, but its expected to roll out with a price tag of around 350EUR.
