Looking for a top Prime Day bargain? Do not disregard the Galaxy S26+ at $300 off!
The Galaxy S26 Plus is not as popular as the base S26 or the S26 Ultra, but at its newly reduced prices, the 6.7-inch powerhouse clearly deserves a chance.

But at the right price, I believe the Galaxy S26 Plus is worth the attention of a fair number of Android power users... who still can't afford the likes of the S26 Ultra or Google's Pixel 10 Pro XL. Obviously, $1,099.99 is way too much to ask for a 6.7-inch device that bears a striking resemblance to last year's Galaxy S25 Plus, but that's where Amazon comes in today.
Until Friday (or while supplies last), Prime members can slash 300 bucks off that Galaxy S26+ list price in an entry-level 256GB storage variant or, if that's not enough, spend $300 less than usual on a 512 gig configuration typically available for $1,299.99.
Believe it or not, I actually saw the same e-commerce giant offer an even heftier discount than $300 recently for the costlier S26 Plus model in a single color option with no restrictions or strings attached. Of course, that bonkers deal disappeared shortly after it cropped up (out of nowhere), and there's no way to know if it will ever come back.
Besides, if you want to keep your summer spending as low as possible (without opting for the base S26 or an ultra-affordable handset like the Galaxy A37 5G), the S26+ with 256 gigs of local digital hoarding room is your best bet.

Powered by the same state-of-the-art Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 processor as the significantly more popular Galaxy S26 Ultra and equipped with a more than respectable 12GB RAM count (in both 256 and 512GB storage configurations), the S26 Plus is really not a bad phone, especially at a $300 discount.
Yes, the absence of Privacy Display functionality still stings (not to mention that it doesn't make a lot of sense), but the Dynamic LTPO AMOLED 2X screen, 50 + 10 + 12MP triple rear-facing camera system, 4,900mAh battery capable of charging at up to 45W speeds, and Samsung's signature long-term software support are all undeniably impressive... and hard to beat... at least until the Galaxy S27 family comes out in seven or eight months.
